A Bit About Me
Sheryl Carroll is an ex-banking professional turned Integrative Health Practitioner and Health Coach.
The tragic passing of a close friend to bowel cancer in 2015, set Sheryl off on a mission to understand what “healthy” really meant.
This was the catalyst to her finding her true passion in the world of integrative health.
Her mission is to inspire women to make their health a top priority, enabling them to reach their fullest potential in life.
Eating in a way that supports our unique female physiology, especially after the age of 40 is a foundational pillar for all women to master.
Sheryl has made her own mistakes along the way thinking she was doing "the healthy things" but in reality she had not adjusted her lifestyle to the needs of her 40 year old body.
After experiencing burnout and the symptoms of the hormonal shifts in her early 40's, she has gone deep into the topic of hormones and woman's health and has now embraced a lifestyle supportive of her hormones, health, performance and longevity. And she wants to share this with all of you!
She does not want other women to make the mistakes she did! That is why she is SO passionate about educating women on this topic. Thank you for being part of it.
