This 12 week group program is a sacred container, educating and supporting women to make lifestyle changes necessary to thrive in perimenopause and beyond. Whether you are looking to lose weight, clear the brain fog or just stop being so damn angry - this program is for you.

The EMPRESS Circle Group Program is specifically for a woman looking to optimise their lifestyle to support hormonal health and wellbeing in perimenopause and beyond, including:

Nutrition: Stop the dieting guesswork and have an actionable female-centred plan to move towards their health goals (weight loss, energy, clear thinking, better sleep);
Movement: Learn how to move and exercise in a way that improves their health and how they feel in their own skin (helloooo muscles, goodbye belly fat!); and 
Stress management: Learn to identify physical, emotional and mental stress and implement the tools and techniques to manage this stress. 

By the end of our 12 weeks together you will:

1. Know why and how you need to eat, move and manage your stress 

One of the best benefits of this program is that you will understand what is going on in your body. You will no longer feel that your body is failing you as you will be nourishing your body, mind and soul in a way that supports you to thrive in perimenopause and beyond.

2. Feel AMAZING in your skin 

This program will give you the body you want and strengthen your resolve, mental resilience and capacity for self love

3. Have the energy to do and be what you want to in this life 

Your perimenopausal or menopausal related symptoms like sleep disturbances, mood changes, brain fog, and hot flashes will improve. And with this comes more energy and zest for life! 


MONTH 1 - Eating for Hormone Health

The first month is all about educating you on what is going on in your body during perimenopause (and beyond) and implementing dietary changes to support optimal health. 

During this month you will set your goals and I will support you in establishing a baseline for your future outcomes.  The objective for the first month is to understand where you are, where you want to get to, what is holding you back, and to make small simple changes one step at a time. 

MONTH 2 - Customising your nutrition and exercise

In month two we start to customise your nutrition and exercise.   We will decide what is working, and what needs to change and adapt your program accordingly.  

We will also focus on stress management as this is essential to achieving your health goals. 

MONTH 3 - Optimisation

In month three, we further customise your nutrition, exercise and stress management techniques and work on more advanced practices like intermittent fasting.  

And the best part - you won’t have to do this alone. You will be part of a wonderful group of supportive women all on the same journey!  

Each week I will run live group coaching sessions to educate you and support you in the implementation of these health protocols and practices. This loving accountability keeps you on track to achieving your goals. 

Your success path will be super clear, and all you have to do is show up and do the work.


The program will start on Monday 20 February 2022.

The group coaching calls will be on Monday at 12 pm AEST.
Each week we will get together as a group for training and conversation (and if you can’t make all of the calls you’ll get access to all the replays).

There will also be a Whatsapp Group to ask questions between calls, and to communicate and connect with the other members for accountability and support.
